What is your favorite cake type?
chocolate cherry

Do you have any other hobbies?
I keep & breed dart frogs and collect houseplants. I also do a lot of gardening in the summer and frequently make new landscape designs for our yard. I keep a million types of snails as well. I have experience with over 20 species!

What are your least and most favorite fish species? Why?
I don’t dislike many fish, but I’m not a fan of blood parrots or any invasive carp (other than goldies and koi). My favorites list is huge, but I really like least killis, any tiny danio or rasbora, kribs, pea puffers, barbs, plecos, and wild type livebearers.

Favorite t.v. genre?
Any type of old-timey British thing (stuff like Downton Abbey), along with whatever Avatar the Last Airbender is considered.

Is cheesecake the best food?
Close. Fancy cheese is better.

Dogs or Cats?
I’ve never had a dog. My dad’s allergic. I have 5 cats though, and I love them all a ton, so I have to say cats.

How many fish do you currently have?
Until yesterday’s heater fail, I had around 40-50. I now have maybe 10-20

What is your favorite plant submersed, and favorite emersed?
submersed, it’s probably between hygrophila pinnatifida, ludwigia super red mini, tiger lotus, guppy grass, and any type of crypt. Emersed, it’s probably bolbitis heudelotii, bucephalandra of any sort, or anubias coffeefolia.

My heater failed, and the water temp dropped to 45F. By the time I went down to feed, everything in the tank was dead. Here’s the thread. My 55g disaster

1. Do you dream? What are your dreams like?
I dream very vividly every night, but the details tend to fade within the first ten minutes of waking up unless I replay the whole thing in my head. They're always incredibly confusing & mind-bending, and I can never figure them out when I wake up. Occasionally, I'll have lucid dreams, but they tend to go horribly wrong and become insanely twisted and horrifying because of my anxiety taking over.

2. What's the scariest thing you have ever experience (if you feel like sharing)?
I don't even know. It would take some time to think of the scariest thing.

3. Do you like anime?
Not really my thing. My sisters both like it though.

4. Do you play any sports?
Nope, I've never really been a fan of sports. I tried it for a while, but it just didn't work out.

5. What's your favorite childhood memory?
I can't think of my absolute favorite now, I'm super tired, but a really nice one is when I first found Crocus flowers blooming in our yard when I was 3-4. That's the house my dad grew up in, and we had just moved there from a different part of MN.

I was walking around the yard in early spring, and I remember sitting down on a big rock under a walnut tree, and spotting some tiny, purple, yellow, and white flowers just a few inches above the soil. I got super excited about them, and went there to find them every spring.

The yard hasn't been well cared for in the past years, so the Crocus stopped blooming, but I know they're still there. I plan to transplant some of them to our current house (same neighborhood, just a different house) so I can see them again.

6. What superpower would you like to have?
Hmmm, maybe communicating with all animals.

7. What is your one wish you'd wish for?
I'd wish for human-caused global warming & climate change to stop

8. Do you wish on stars?
I haven't since third grade, although with my grades in school, maybe I should.

9. Have you ever seen a shooting star?
I've seen a few. The night sky in our area is fairly clear, and I look for them often.

10. Have you ever hallucinated (if you feel like sharing)?
Just some mild auditory hallucinations if I'm sleep deprived, overheating, or severely dehydrated.

11. What character(s) would describe you? Can be a combination of tv characters, book characters, anime/manga characters, or can just be a single character.
Hmmmmm, I still don't know. I'll think of something eventually.

12. Favorite month?
Either October (birth month, month of favorite holiday, also when the apples and pumpkins are ripe), or May (crabapple trees, magnolia trees, and lilacs in full bloom, I get to put seedlings outside, insects become super active)

13. Would you like any other pets other than fish?
Absolutely!!! Pets that are on my current list are emerald tree skinks, asian forest scorpion, Grammostola pulchra tarantula, mourning geckos, milk frogs, Ranitomeya ukarii 'gold leg', a rhinoceros rat snake, a tiger salamander, some Pacific dampwood termites, a green-cheek conure, and a million others lol.

14. What's the most impressive thing you know how to do?
Generally, not much, but I can list off a ton of different plant species names at any given moment without issue, even when I'm this tired. I sometimes even do it while unconcious, according to my brother.

15. What state or country do you never want to go back to?
Not one that I can think of for now.

About 8 years I guess, although that's a rough estimate. Maybe nine.

I LOVE THEM!!!!!! They were the first thing I kept, and I've now kept over 20 species, just because I love them all, and want to try as many as I can. THEY'RE MEH LITTLE BEBES
