Do you have pics of the Golden Orange HM male betta?

What are the fishes in the second picture ?
Julidochromis Transcriptus "Bemba" they are a species of dwarf cichlid that don't really like community fishes but can be fine with other african species like synos - they currently have a bristlenose male living with them.

When do you expect the blue neos to be available?
Not entirely sure the colony is slowly growing, seeing more babies every day.

I don’t expect to have a tank ready before spring at the earliest, but definitely interested when you’re ready to sell them.

Would these be good in a 3.5 gallon with a single female betta?
That mostly depends on the betta, shrimp or snails is all i would suggest in anything smaller than a 15 gallon. Some bettas are okay with shrimp, some thank you for the tasty snack. I would get a ghost shrimp or two local to see how she reacts to new things like shrimp even if they are little harder to see than a neo will be.

only ones that have some color are going to be the crypts in the main list, in the plant packs, the stem plants, the lilies have the most color.
