Who's into sports?

Just about got booted out of the What is everyone watching on TV thread for hijacking it temporarily about sports. So, I'll open it up for those who love fish and sports!

What sports do you follow and which teams do you like?

I'll start off as I'm a big sports fan:

NFL - Minnesota Vikings (my favorite overall sports team)
MLB - White Sox
NBA - Bulls
Soccer (aka Football everywhere else but here) - Argentina and US National Teams
Collegiate Sports - Michigan and Illinois State (my alma mater)

 

Haven't, but my kids did the other night. Why would you want to watch the Mets beat my Cubs lately anyhow?

Well I’ll watch them play anyone but because of the Cubs record it was very satisfying watching my Mets beat them .

Someone should talk about them! I actually just purchased tickets last night to take the family to a game in July. For a few of them it will be their first professional sporting event in person!

I'm don't always get into hockey. But when I do, I'm a Blackhawks fan.

 

We mainly watch:

Motocross/Supercross/MotoGP Ken Roczen, Adam Cianciarulo, Chase Sexton and Jett Lawrence are my guys. Jeffery Herlings over the pond.

I only watch Football usually. I like Michigan Football and whatever team Tommy is on.

My dad used to say that if a stick isn’t involved, it’s not a sport. So being a hockey fan was mandatory.

Considering i work most sporting events for the Huskers....also thank WGN, video games and Barry Sanders!!! And ECU was basically the hometown college team when i was stationed in North Carolina, primary color being purple

I love playing golf but watching it doesn't interest me too much. Anyways here are my favorites:

Haha, that's funny. It can be very entertaining if you get to know the players. I have no idea what's going to go on with Aaron, or what actually is going on haha. I only root for them because my family does so I know the player's names(Jaire is my absolute favorite) but not any stats or anything like that. I just like watching it.

They are probably going to lose a lot of good players next year, a ton of contracts are up this year.

Well, it looks like it will be a close division race this year for the playoffs, so Bryant is guaranteed to miss 2 months after the all-star break. And he won't have 50 HRs and 125 RBIs for the season, so he only worth about 4 mil a year in my eyes. Plus he an Aaron Rodgers type diva, with the skills of Trubinsky.
