I recently took one of the coolest Amano shrimp molt pictures I have ever taken or seen and I just wanted to share it with you guys. If you look at the top left, among the water wisteria you can even see the freshly molted Amano who created this wonderful molt. Please let me know what you Guys & Gals think :)

What I like the most is that it evokes the thought of the shrimp in that exact spot squeezing out of it. Natures truly fascinating !

Yes I feel the same! Yesterday I walked up to my tank to just look at it and check things out and as I walked up and looked at my Amazon sword plant a red cherry shrimp was literally breaking out of his exoskeleton at that exact moment, it was so cool to watch, but it happened so fast I had no time to grab my camera ha.

Fantastic shot, never saw anything like it! And having him in the photo is double awesome! Mine are mostly found on the sand, boring!

Then you saw the CRS also molting, very rare... you've trained them well, hahaha!

Awe thank you! I really believe that this was a One of a kind shot. As soon as I noticed it I got extremely excited ran and grabbed my camera and luckily he was still hanging around.

Most of my shrimp molts are like you said, always found on the gravel LOL.

It was complete randomness, to see my cherry shrimp molt in front of my eyes, now that I know it's a rare sight, I will replay it over and over in my head so I never forget it lol.

I may try and do some time lapses in the future so I can try and capture some of these cool moments in my tank.

Mine too! I'll see an occasional molt on the ground but nothing like this. What a cool sight.
