A Baby Pea Puffer?

So long story short I got a pea puffer online and it came super small, lI have baby red ramshorn snails in there right now and there way bigger then this little guy. It was a rough trip here but he is up swimming I put some frozen blood worms like 2 in their but they seem a little big but he attempted nibbling on them and then I went to bed and got up and they were gone.so i’m assuming he ate them

What do I feed a baby pea puffer? and I know your supposed to use general cure but can I use it on a baby?

They need to eat frozen food so it grinds their teeth down but you can also feed small snails and blood worms and even brine shrimp never feed them just one food you need to mix it up so the fish doesn't get needs deficiency.

I have 4 small snails in there and I have frozen blood and brine shrimp do I just switch up the brine shrimp and blood worms? and what do I do with the left overs cause the cube has a lot I just gave the rest to my 50 gallon tank but I can’t do that every time can I refrigerate them until I feed?

Yea just switch it up every few days and if you have extra just take a knife and cut the blocks into parts and put the extra in a plastic bag or a sealed container and freeze them until you need them.

thank you, and do u know if I should wait to general cure or it doesn’t matter? I just wanna make sure it doesn’t have parasites since I know they are prone to them

I would let it settle for a few days first but make sure you watch it good mine was purchased from walmart back when they sold fish and was infested with internal parasites and only lasted a few months even with treatment.

Do peas have the teeth issues that are common in other puffers? I never had issues with mine. As I understand peas are some of the only puffs where you will never have to file, no matter what you feed them.
Mine always chewed the soft parts of the snails so they were not wearing down their teeth.
