Oh he will im.not worried about it he will probably eat atleast 25 of them today alone I broke it down the other day I go every 2 days and get 40 1.5 inch comets which equals roughly 120 comets a week
Thank you ! I love the way it turned out ! The rosy minnows are more of a snack for him the comets are the meal lol I get him small comets and he burns thru them but I have gotten him a few 3 inch comets hes eatenCoryFan said:ok I am actually for some reason mesmerized by it I keep coming back to have a second look!
I have videos of him eating! I'll post them nowTWiG87 said:You should get a video of that! He’s very cool
Thank you for the tip I'm in the process right now of setting up a feeder breeding area, to swap him from those but currently it's much cheaper to feed him those than the other options I have at handaussieJJDude said:Hey, sorry to be that person. But its worth mwntioning if you didn't know.
Goldies make terrible feeders not only due to all the diseases they carry (and being terribly non-nutritious as they are fed a poor diet) but also contain high levels of thiaminase, which inhibit B1 levels in the body (B1 deficiency).
If you haven't already, I'd encourage you to breed your own feeders (convicts, swordtails or mollies come to mind) or consider switching him over to dead/frozen foods
He will be yes lolShika said:O_O
