Yellow Tiger Endler

I have one male yellow tiger endler. He is very inactive he just sits in the corner all day. My ph is 7.0 my temp is 76 my ammonia is 0 and nitrates are 0. Why is he so inactive I thought endlers are supposed to be active.

 

What's the temperature? How long have you had him? Do you know your nitrite? Sorry for all the Q's

 

My temp is 76 degrees ive had him for about a week and my nitrate levels are 0

 

How big is the tank you have him in? What is the cover in the tank like?

 

The tank us 20 gallons and the cover is just a normal cover that came with the tank

 

Cover as in hiding places and sight breaks, not the lid.

 

This is what my tank looks like as of now I do plan on adding live plants

 

If the waterparameters are okay... just give the fish some time. Could be an acclimatization thing... happens as well...
