A few of my cardinal tetras have developed a relatively large yellow looking cyst/spot on non-specific areas of their body. About 5 out of 24 cardinals have developed it so far and 2 have died. No other fish in the tank have displayed any symptoms, only the cardinals. I have seen post by other people that have tried treating as a parasite with no result. I would like to know if it fungal or bacterial. I've began treating it as bacterial at the moment. Any ideas? Thanks

Definitely remove and quarantine any fish that exhibit symptoms
