So my dom yellow lab is doing the circle dance with a demasoni... Whats the chances of them having fry together?

Is possible, but that will mean you will get hybrids which is not a good think.

I don't know if they'd even survive when she spits in the main tank?

Chance of survival is pretty low but dont be surprise when you see 1-3 new fish in the tank.

Are the female fish like dogs? They're ruined if bred with a different fish? Like they'll never make pure demasonis again?

Also, could this be why the other demasonis, which I think are male, don't act up? They're being sub to the dom lab?

No but the fry are ruined because there no longer pure. Yes all male in the tank will be submisive to the dominate or alpha male.
