Yay!!! Pearling Plants

I just love seeing my plants pearl....Makes me feel that I am doing something right in the aquarium....

I have happy plants.

Take some pictures, they'll look cool.

 

I've tried...does really come out in the pictures.

 

my HC was pearling and I didnt even know it for ever because of the filter flow and co2 bubbles blowing around.

What are you doing for your plants? I wish my plants would just start growing new leaves faster than the old ones are dying!

 

Nothing really, this tank has a dirted bottom and I dose with excel.

 

I do excel too, but My substrate doesn't have many nutrients, apart from root tabs. *sigh*

 

I have fluval's substraight. its kinda a pain to plant in but when the plants get going they love this stuff! also co2.

 

very nice I hope mine come to that soon. I removed some gravel yesterday so that the roots are closer to the dirt.
