Worms on my berried cherry shrimp?

Calistmo

I have lost 3 berried shrimp in the last week and noticed two worms on the last one. I put the shrimp in a bowl and tired to remove them. I killed one removing it and the other tried to inch away like a tink inch worm. Not sure if these are a tiny leach or something. What do y'all think?

Croeso welcome to fishlore
The only worm deadly to shrimp is Planaria and I can't see close enough to id those, but that would be my guess
Edit I've looked closer at the video and they are not planaria but some sort of leech or detritus that have hooked on ready for a quick meal when she dies,
That would not be the cause of death
