Wiring Led Floodlight

HI guys, I finally decided to try floodlights for my 10 gallon tank and sprung for a 15w. But the problem is that I can’t find a proper and completely safe way to wire them anywhere. (May people said that King of DIY’s way is unsafe) Can anyone appoint me to a video or link to help me?

Thanks for sharing the vid. I quite like the idea of using those tubes as insulators, it's more neat and tidy. I usually just use electrical tape.

Marine shrink wrap is lined with glue so when you heat it, the glue melts, creating a water tight seal around the wire and solder joint.
