Winter pond? White cloud minnows...

I’m in the Bay Area and was considering making a minI pond for the backyard . It would be 20-50 gallons and I’d want to run it year round. Would White Cloud Mountain minnows be able to make it over winter here? Any other suggestions on types of fish and plants ? Thanks

I’m in Vallejo cali, I want to make an outdoor minI pond with white clouds and was wondering if they could survive year round? What fish would ?

From what I've read they can survive in water as low as 41 degrees.

Yeah, they are really hardy fish! I also live in the bay area it it doesn't get to cold; I've heard some people say that theirs survived when there was ice over the pond!
