My amazon swords, water wisteria and S. repens are all flourishing with these lights.

Edit; I liked them so much I have three of the 4 foot ones (for my two 55s and my 46) and two 24 inch ones (for my two 20s)

They are! I can show you picture's if you'd like.

The combo of the lights, seachem root tabs, seachem flourish excel and seachem flourish and my plants are very much flourishing!

And yes those lights should be good. I have Beamswork LED's on 2 of my tanks....they were under 50 bucks each. Plants are growing nicely for a low tech tank!

Great looking tanks! I'm a total noob to the plant world. Would you be able to tell me which plants are which in your tank? (Which ones are on the driftwood, etc). Thanks and not trying to hijack thread!

Thanks!!!

It the top photo, I have a forest of water wisteria on each end of the tank. The plants all along the front are staurogyne repens.

It the bottom tank, that one is still relatively newly planted, but the plants are taking off. On each side, again, is the water wisteria. I have some young amazon swords in the middle/back area. And the plants tied to the driftwood are some kind of anubias...I think anubias nana. I purchased them already tied to the wood. But unfortunately the wood is falling apart. So it must have been some pretty old driftwood. So I am going to have to find a way to remove the plants and tie them to something else. I am not looking forward to that because the plants have really established themselves on that wood!

I Just thought I would throw that out there...be careful about purchasing plants already tied to wood because you could face dealing with old shedding wood that just makes the tank floor look icky. You are probably better off getting the plant only and tying it to something yourself.
