Will These Cichlids Be Compatable?

Well, with cichlids it's always a but reliant on the individual fish's personalities. However seeing as this is a large tank, so long as there are plenty of hiding spots I don't see why they wouldn't have plenty of space to stake out their own territories.

Male Apistogramma AgassiziI do tend to grow a bit larger than some other apistos, I've seen several at 3" or slightly longer, so when breeding it could bully the GBR pair, but like mentioned earlier a 125 should be way more than enough room for them to avoid eachother.

The only real compatibility issue I see could be with temperature, as far as I remember the GBR and apisto species tend to like things on the toasty side, so I'd double check that.

Also would any other apistos be able to go in there?

Personally I wouldn't put more than a total of 8 between the rams and apistos, it's more about floor space with them than water volume. Make sure you've got plenty of hidey-holes for them to use if you go with that many though, small terracotta pots work well. If you keep to 1 species you may be able to get away with more, you'll also get more natural interactions between the individuals.
