Will Oscar try to eat sucker fish?

Can I put my sucker fish that is about 7 inches in my 75 gallon fish tank with my 2 Oscar's that are about 8 or 9 inches. ? Will my Oscar's try and eat it

You MAY key word MAY be able to get away with a larger breed of catfish or a pleco, but be very observant and careful

I would not. You are already at the extreme maximum stock level for a 75 gallon tank!

Depending on the Oscars they can get very aggressive in such a small size tank. 1 full grown oscar is a tankful in a 75. Mine killed a 12 inch common pleco.

I have 1 full grown oscar and I full grown pleco he is about in my 75 gallon tank and they do fine together.

Plecos have a large bioload like oscars. Usually it’s recommended to have a minimum 100 gallon for a pair of Oscars and 60-75g for a single Oscar.

Adding a Pleco on top of the two oscars would throw your nitrates through the roof.

You would also need to rearrange the decor to prevent the O’s from being territorial with the addition. Even then they might still attack it.
