Will my fish eat my other fish?

I have a male and female flag fish pair I n my small community aquarium. My friends black mollies had baby’s and all of them got eaten except one, which she had me take. So now I have this small molly and no other tank to put him in. Looking at the flag fish and their small mouths I don’t think they would eat him, they would have to really try to cram him in but I would rather be safe then sorry. Does anyone think they would try to eat him? And if they would what can I do with the little surviver?

Flag fish being semI aggressive in nature may attack it. Even if it cannot eta it it could severely cripple or kill it. Judging by how small the molly is, it wouldn’t risk it they may see it as food

A small floating basket until it's a little more mature would probably be a good and wise idea. The flatfish mouth looks big enough for it to eat it.
