Will Larger Oscar Fish Eat Smaller Jack Dempsey?

I already have a tiger oscar that is around 11cm and I am going to buy a Jack Dempsey and a Gold Saum at 5cm each. They are going into a kiddie paddle pool (cylinder: 152cm diameter and 38cm high) to grow out then they will be moved into a pond. My question is will the 11cm oscar eat the 5cm Jack Dempsey and/or the Gold Saum?

Didn't you already ask this? I gave you my opinion, just be patient in the other thread.

When I was a kid I had a Oscar and a JD. They were be able to get a long through at first the Oscar tried to eat JD. However it was too fast and gave up. That JD better be a good size, if not it's food.

The oscar is around 4.5 inches and the JD is about 2 inches. I'd recommend leaving them separate until they get around the same size.

You don't have to apologize to me, I'm not anyone special. It was more like a rhetorical question for you.
