I have recently gotten a Dwarf Frog. Right now I have 2 Cory, One Betta fish, and a Dwarf Frog in my tank. I am wondering if a Dwarf Frog will eat this Bottom feeder food or do I need to get another type of food for the little guy?

Hello! I have a similair type of food that I feed my pleco and my African Dwarf Frogs always eat it as well. I would recommend that you get frozen foods, my frogs love frozen blood worms.

HI there, I don't have exp. with ADF but I know that a lot of people recommend frog pellets for them or something like bloodworms.

FinalFins recommended frog pellets and for some people that is a great choice, I feed my frogs pellets occasionally. The only problem with the pellets is that they are supposed to sink and when they do they get stuck in the gravel and make it super hard for my frogs to get.

What’s the difference between frog pellets and big bottom feeder pellets? Wouldn’t frog pellets get stuck too?

I also have 2 Cory cats and a Betta in the tank with it, so I want to know they beat way to feed the little guy

My bad sorry I meant to say that the frog pellets are tricky because they often get stuck in the gravel.

When I got my first frog I was also trying to figure out how to feed him. What I do is feed him about 4 or 5 frozen bloodworms every second day. Sometimes instead I feed him about two frog pellets. Whenever I have the food for my bottom feeders in the tank he also enjoys munching on that. My Betta also enjoys Frozen Bloodworms so on the days that I feed my frog I also give some of the frozen worms to my Betta. If you decide to feed him frozen food I would recommend using a long pair of tweezers. The only issue that I have had with my Frog also eating the bottom feeders pellet is that my pleco and frog sometimes fight over it.

I have those same pellets that I feed my frogs. It works for me but you do have to make sure there is enough food for the frogs because my betta always takes the frog food so maybe just put a bit extra because the Corys and betta will most likely steal some of the food. I put my food in a little dish so they know where to find it. That might be a good idea for you because you are keeping them on gravel.

If I dangle freeze dried worms in front of my frog with tweezers should he eat that?

I keep adf with multiple bottom feeders.
I use frozen beef heart and the frog loves it. Just drop it in and let it sink....done.

I dangle the tweezers with the frozen bloodworms over my frogs and they go after it. I do need to loosen the tweezers a bit when they start biting to make it easier for them.
