schooling and shoaling usually only happen within fish of the same species and breed, so will they shoal? not very likely, will they have issues with each other? potentially but I'm no loach expert.
How big is that tank though? that is a lot of loaches

Yep! They will get along great!
Generally, fish don't notice color variants so long as they are the same species.

Heres my example:
Right now I have 2 male guppys in my 20 gallon. I bought another 7 three weeks ago. Today I'm adding them. Never had a issue with them getting along.

Not for kuhlI loaches, they need to be in groups of at least 6.
