Will a puffer fit in my tank?

My tank isn't finished but this is what I want it to have when I'm done in a few weeks.

It's a 10 gallon.

2 adult guppies and 1 itty bitty baby I call Big Lou.
1-2 Balloon Mollies (I have one, maybe getting one more if I can fit it - depends on everything else)
1 1" oto
Either 1 dwarf gourami or a dwarf puffer....

Does a d.puffer fit in my tank with these fish?

I'm inclined to agree. They are pretty territorial. Not sure why I keep falling in love with these crabby, aggressive little fish. Perhaps that should tell me something.....? ;D

In it (slightly overstocked but I take care of it well!!) ... I have 1 dwarf gourami, 3 balloon mollies, 2 guppies, 3 otos, and 1 new ghost shrimp..

 

If it makes you feel better, heres my opinion on DP's now that we have them:
1/ They're extremely cute
2/ They're rude and ignorant (they don't take the slightest notice of us, and if they do, they just hide. They're also not that incquisitive)
3/ Their poo is just incredible. I swear it's like human poo. It's really huuuuge, not strandy like for other fish.

Buuuuut, I refer you to point 1.
