I have an Ocellaris Clownfish and Blue/Green Chromis that I'm planning to move to a 75 gallon tank. Both of them are about an inch and a half long. Recently at my LFS (Coral Fish HI), I found a baby moray eel (possibly a whitemouth) for $40. It's looked about 12 inches long.

Will it be able to eat my two fish?

Probably. Don't underestimate how big of a meal an eel can fit inside its mouth. That actually goes for most predatory fish, especially piscivores (fisheaters).
