Why Is My Adf Gorging On The Pleco Wafer?

    Hi guys,
I adore my little ADF (her name is Persephone and she's fantastic), but when I gave the pleco and snail an algae wafer after a recent water change, she went nuts on it. I have never seen her do anything like this before, and she's now extremely bloated (or, I hope, just very full). What makes it all the more befuddling is she had just been fed her little feast of well-thawed frozen blood worms. I've not been able to find anyone else whose frog has an unnatural taste for algae wafers, so any advice would be much appreciated!

    Thanks so much!

A lot of the time, they just eat whatever. They’re little pigs lol. Mine would eat whatever i put in front of them, I called them my little garbage disposals lol. I think it’s okay, just don’t feed them to your frogs often/if you don’t have to as frozen things like bloodworms and other stuff is better for them.

Thank you! They certainly are little garbage disposals!
