This always happens, I go to check my email and and then I get sidetacked and stay up all night till I finaly die.

Edit: but really, I get this. It's a very common feeling. Best thing to do is to find something that relaxes you and do that for 10-20 minutes instead of clicking on link after link, then go to sleep. It'll help get you to sleep easier, and you'll be better rested for tomorrow.
If you're anxious about something, the same rules apply, though maybe increase the relaxing activity for a few more minutes, and think of something else to occupy your time
