Whole Fishroom treatment plans

I've decided to treat my whole fishroom with levamisole as soon as i get it.
Reason being some of my fish even though eating great and moving about healthy, are staying skinny. I've seen no signs of camallanus worms so may be some other kind of worm. I'll treat the worst tank first and if improvement I'll treat all my tanks.
So far I've used general cure, prazipro, ciprofloxacin and metronidazole with no results this was last 1 to 2 years ago I've stop treating with anything since then.
Fingers crossed

How did so much possible cross-contamination happen? Only ask, because would like to try my best to avoid some big mishap like that myself...though may be inevitable, anyway
