    Hello all

I bought 3 amano shrimp on saturday and added them to my 40 gallon tank.

On sat night i could only find 1 and on Sunday morn there were none!

The only fish large enough to eat them are either:

    Large male pearl gourami
    Smaller female pearl gourami
    Indian gourami
    6" Weather loach

There are no signs of any remains of the shrimps, totally gone :;dk

I would say any of those would have eaten your shrimp, but most likely the loach.

Are you sure they aren't just hiding? Mine hid nonstop for the first week in the tank and are now converting Java ferns to Mandagascar lace plants.
