Who else is dreading summer temperatures?

Dino

Hit 87F yesterday, about the same today.
These are mid May temperatures, not mid March.

If this continues, I am not looking forward to this summer.

I hate high temps and humidity!!!

I want winter back. well into the 70s here in MA

I don't really blame global warming, but if you look at it the seasons have all moved a bit, they are actually almost lined back up with their calendar start days again.

I will neither confirm or deny that I am responsible for global warming.

I hear ya, wasn't much better over here, I'm actually a little worried about water supply levels.

Dino, we know you didn't cause this one, you were responsible for the light winter so you didn't have to trudge thru the snow up here this year.

I was just talking with my girlfriend about this today. we both had to turn our ACs on...due to pollen, and just being too warm, too fast. we're like...if this keeps up, what is in store for the upcoming months? at least I have a pool ;D

I can't say that I dread the summer, because I live about 2 miles from the beach in balmy California. If it hits 90 we are all out complaining and moaning about how intolerable the summer is; same with the Winter. When it hits 55 we are all dying here. I don't know what we would do if a REAL season hit us.:;smileyfrog

I'm so glad I don't have to deal with warm weather. 70s for me is a heat wave! Heck even 65 is a heat wave! ;D

Um, so, when is Spring gonna get here? I've got some snow and weekly forecast says "chance of snow". Have to start my truck up most mornings to defrost the windows.

It's about 36 right now.

I don't dread the summers but hope we get some nice sunny days!

It's exceptionally warm here this year here also.
we get weeks and weeks of 100F + weather every year and I fear it's on it's way early.

I had to clean all the snow off my car this morning. Google says my current temp is 21.

My temperature got up to a nasty 14'F today with snow-that is -10'C. It was even colder with the windchill. Not nice would like some nice warm weather, our summers are usually in the mid 70's. No where near the 100' temps you get down south.

I will neither confirm or deny that I am responsible for global warming.

Well, if this is global warming, you can keep it!! The Pacific Northwest is so cold we are running 20+ degrees below normal. We should be experiencing nice spring days with high 60s/low 70s. Today felt a little warmer at 50. Normally our snow ends in early January, yet it snowed yesterday. In fact, we had a variety pack yesterday: snow, hail, wind, sun, even ice. There is a saying around here "If you don't like the weather, just wait 5 minutes." It's days like this that bring meaning to that saying!

I can't say that I dread the summer, because I live about 2 miles from the beach in balmy California. If it hits 90 we are all out complaining and moaning about how intolerable the summer is; same with the Winter. When it hits 55 we are all dying here. I miss living closer to the coast. Grew up in southern California and would drive down to the beach every weekend. Loved it! Now I miss the ocean. It's a 2.5 hour drive one way to see the ocean.

Well, both the 260and 220 are big enough to get into.

Gotta see a picture of that!!! Santa swimming with the fishies

This is why that dang Pennsylvania groundhog is a fraud. 6 more weeks of winter, please. Spring started in Feb for us, if not late January. The lack of winter has made me believe we are in for a very tough summer. Time to cut the heaters back down in the tanks and crank up the airstones.

I'm not a fan of the winter. I want to get outside and do stuff!

For the most of my summer I live on the coast and am fishing about everyday so there's almost always a breeze back home in the inland it averages 85 degrees with hardly a breeze... I like the coast a lot better

I can't believe you guys are complaining about it being 70 degrees Fahrenheit, here that would be considered to be a bit on the cold side of things! Recently the heat peaked around 35 degrees Celsius, that's 95 Fahrenheit for all of you yanks out there. This was a cold summer, I'd love to see you yanks in the weather we had last year!
