25C8F388-F894-43C6-82EF-9DA5F4CEEEA3.jpeg i have a 200L tank that had 2 female and 2 male platys (though one was female when we got him) one of my females is heavily pregnant and I started to notice something white poking out behind her analfin and I read online that it was a sign she was getting ready to drop fry so I wasn’t too worried. Today I added 3 new females, earlier tonight I noticed one was having the same problem, she had something white poking out. She looked like she could be pregnant so I left it. I’ve just taken another look and it appears all my female fish have it! And three of them defo aren’t pregnant... My males seem fine tho. Any help greatly appreciated really don’t want any of my fish to die. The picture isn’t a pic of mine but it’s exactly what my platys look like rn except only one of them looks that pregnant

Could it not just be their breeding tubes?

Looks like egg tubes. And I think you meant "in front of their analfins".
