White Thing On Silver Dollar Nostril

I've recently noticed a white ballish substance on one of my Silver Dollars nostril. It doesn't seem to be affecting him/her in any way. The other nostril is completely normal.

Could it be the ? The substrate and the ball look quite similar to each other. However, I'm not convinced.

I've dosed with and added some because I'll be going on a one week vacation.

Also, in the past I've had another Silver Dollar have this ball on both nostrils, I seperated him by himself and 5-6 days later he died. I'm guessing because of stress.

Another thing is that my Silver Dollars sometimes just swim rapidly in to stuff when their scared and most of the time it's the substrate.

Any advice is appreciated.

I would watch it to see if it grows....it might be a fungus....what is your exact substrate?

What do you mean by exact substrate?
Do you mean parameters? My parameters are 0.00ppm Ammonia 0.00ppm Nitrite and 10ppm Nitrate

I would say it's a type of gravel. In Indonesia we call it Pasir Java/Jawa.
