I think I have diagnosed your betta:
Anchor Worms
Yeah it could be that I'm not sure.. now he can't even swim or move at all.. like he's trying too but just can't. I did another 30% water change and added some aquarium salt.. should I try an Epsom Salt bath?
I don’t know too much about fish disease, but I read about anchor worms somewhere and the symptoms were similar. They are pretty rare, so it might not be worms. If it is I suggest using antI parasite medication. Fast
Well I gave him a Epsom Salt bath but I guess it takes a few of those baths to see results?
EDIT: Also it's been around 3 days since he has eaten.. how am I supposed to feed him if he can't even swim properly.. (I was thinking to try feed him Daphnia to help with constipation).
IT IS NOT A GOOD IDEA TO GIVE MULTIPLE TOO QUICKLY! YOU COULD HARM YOUR BETTA! Also, just stating the truth, if it has been 3 days he is unlikely to survive. He might make it through and beat the parasite, but the chances are against him now.
Yeah you're right, I will just do what I can till then.
Edit: Well he's tucked in a corner of a little house and hasn't moved all night.. so I'm assuming he's passed away. No gill movement or nothing.. guess that's it for this poor guy
