This looks like Columnaris to me. Raising the temp speeds up Columnaris. I'd lower the to like 74 or so and use 1000mg of Ciprofloxacin once a day for up to 10 days. Kraft Drug has it for the best price online at least in my experience.

Also can I use a combination of melafix and peliafix

Melafix and Pimafix won't do anything. You need to treat for Columnaris as it is more deadly than ich will be. You can cure ich at a lower temp, but it will take longer. Columnaris can kill super fast unless you have a slower variety, but that's not as frequently seen. You do what you think is best, but my treatment plan stands for getting Ciprofloxacin and treating for Columnaris first and foremost.

Yep, the rainbowfish died :(

Ill start to treat the Columnaris as its much more deadly and keep the salt in for the Ich.
Just lowered the temp to 75
I have no idea where to find Ciprofloxacin, so instead can I use Kanaplex along with nitrofurazone (Tetra Fungus Guard)?
or Furan-2?

Right now the tank has Ich X in it.
Is there any easy way to remove it? Can I just add the carbon media to my filter and let it run for 2 - 3 hours?

Or is it possible to just use the Kanaplex and Furan - 2 while the Ich X is in the water?
