White Streak On Betta

hello all i had my betta yondu (hes blue) in his new 3.5 gallon after i upgraded him from his 1 gallon. I wanted to cycle it first but mom wasnt happy anout a 3.5 sitting in her kitchen taking space along with a 1 gallon with the fish in it. Long story short i was ganged up by everyone to move him even though i told them why it has to cycle and i moved him but was also worryed i got more worried when i saw his fins begain to crumple and now he has a a long white streak on his side near back finsand i dont know if he bumped himself or (internet research) he has columious (pretty sure i spelled that wrong) got water tested at petsmart so it has a little parts missing (thanks lady) but that means thats its ok (apparently)
Ammonia: 0
Nitrate: good
Nitrite: 0.5-1
Hardness:good
Chlorine:good
Alkalinity: 180-300
Ph
:7.8-8.4

I see nothing wrong with this fish, he looks healthy to me!
Could you explain where the streak is located?

Unfortunately, you need an API Liquid test kit to accurately read your parameters, and you can do it by yourself from home

Filtered?: Yes
Heated?: No but kept at a temp of 76 degrees F
Plant?: Yes Anubias (thats not looking so hot either)
Treated with conditioner and readistart
