White spots(not ich)

Can someone please help identify and treat my fish disease or whatever it is? It’s been worrying me sick and I’ve been reading stuff that makes me just want to flush the affected fish and hope the rest are okay. My new German blue rams have been developing white spots on them over than span of about a week. I know it’s not ich because it’s spreading super slow and the older dots are getting bigger. It went from like 2 dots to maybe 7 at worse in the week I’ve noticed and watched it. And on my male, there’s a few relatively big spots. From what I’ve read it could be lymphocystis virus which is contagious and has no treatment. I don’t have a quarantine tank, can’t afford one and I’m super scared that my black rams or half banded spiny eels will get it. If my fish die I’m just going to give up and sell my tank. I’ve worked way too hard to have to reset.

What part of the body is affected?Hard to determine from the pics.
Btw, Lymphocystis is only mildly contagious. No need to trash the tank. It's a good bet that a very large percentage of hatchery fish have already been exposed to Lymphocystis.

It’s only in the fins of my 2 German blues. The picture of the male is easier to see since the spots are bigger. But I’m just not going to try again if all my fish die. I just figured out what I wanted my stock to be and some of them were hard to get my hands on. The black rams are pretty rare and hard to find a good seller and for some reason half banded spiny eels are even rarer. Never found a good online seller for them and my lfs very rarely gets them.

Might just be tiny abrasions w/ a bit of fungus attached. Don't panic if it turns out to be Lympo. Doesn't mean the tankmates will contract it.

Alright I’ll keep watching it and do my best to keep it down.

Update. I’m less freaked out and panicky about the whole situation. I was in panic mode wanting to protect the rest of my community so I was pretty desperate for some help lol. I knew my temperature was a little low for rams from the start but I figure they’d be fine at 78 F for just a week or two so I could get paid and get a better heater. I went ahead and got one today and bumped it to 80 and I’m planning on bumping it to 84 over time so maybe that’ll help with whatever those white spots are. I also got one of those natural medicines for them in case it is some sort of fungus and did half the recommended dose. I’ll check back tomorrow and keep doing the treatment to see if that helps.
