HI guys day before yesterday got some rummy nose Tetra from my LFS and they are still acclimating to my tank conditions. Today noticed a strange spot on one of my tetra and he seems isolated at times.. Is this really a problem or he'd be okay by time?? But the rest of them are fine..
Tank-20 gallons
Tank mates- neon tetras guppies and Siamese Algae eaters

Anyone??

That's ich. That's what fish get when they are stressed.

Well you could turn the temp up to 86 slowly. You could give that fish a quick salt bath. You could use medication also.

That's not Ich, Ich looks like the fish has been sprinkled with salt grains
It looks like it could be either fungal or columnaris though diseases aren't my strong point so hang on for more responses, I wouldn't raise the temperature yet, if it is fungal that would make it worse.
If you have a spare tank I'd suggest isolating it

I won't disagree with anybody over diseases unless its being looked at under a microscope.

As it's a photo I'm unsure but I think I would remove this fish to avoid infecting the others.
