White Spot On Bristlenose

Hi
I just noticed a white spot on my bristlenose, I can only see 1 and haven't noticed it before. Is this something I need to worry about? If it is what is the best course of action to take.

You mean that white bump on his body? That doesn't look like white spot and I don't know what it is maybe someone else can help you
