White Patches On Areas On My New Plecos Body

HI would appreciate it if anyone could help, I've recently got 2 new L260 Plecos and a day after introducing to the tank they have developed white areas on there body and at the start of there pectoral fin. My male Bristle nose also seems to have this now and I can't tell if my big female does as she's Albino and can't tell but it doesn't look like she does but she may.

So I treated my water with esha whitespot treatment I'm in to the extended dose as they still have the patches. I can dose for another 2 more days but that's it.

Anyone any advice on what this may be I will follow up with a picture as soon as possible.

Thanks

Not natural colouring as they didn't have it when I bought them. I was thinking it might be stress or disease as the 2 L260s have it one more than the other and my BN male pleco has but couldn't track them 2 down today the last picture is best you can see it on the side and the top fin it looks like mould/fungus. I've raised the temp slightly and will finish off this treatment and then do a 50% water change and see if it improves any more advice would be good. Thanks I love Plecos

If you mean the greyish layer / patch that definitely isn't Ich.
Doesn't look like fungus as well.
Possible cause : extra mucusproduction caused by different waterparameters aso / stress / another parasite like Costia (I doubt it). Or a bacterial issue (I doubt it).

I wouldn't raise the temp (some of the above will only benefit of that), do waterchanges and keep a close eye on the guys.

Kind regards Aad

I overread that part. BN's definitely show "strange" white patched on their back when stressed.

Do you know the new fellows are mainly carnivorious?
