White patch on Ram

Holidaze

I own a 39 gal tall tank. Ive had my ram for over 6 months and was able to successfully cure her hexamita. I used metroplex with focus and little garlic guard. She seems to be over the parasite now that she has significantly increased in size and her poop is solid. The issue is where she got the holes in her head; she has a white film/growth where the holes used to be. She's acting normal, eating etc
The only behavioral issue I've noticed is an increase in aggression. She chases the guppies away from the bottom of the tank.

Tank parameters:
Ammonia 0 ppm
Nitrate 0 ppm
Nitrite 0 ppm
Temp 80°
pH 7.4 (I know Rams usually thrive in softer water)

Stocking:
German Blue Ram x 1
Pearl Gourami x 3
Guppy x 4
Mystery snail x 2
Cherry shrimp x 2 (although I think my gourami got them )

I can't tell if it's a fungus or columnaris. So far ive only put salt in the tank and raised the heat. Any suggestions of what it could be or how to treat? I also posted her other side as reference
