I need help in diagnosing my Cory. It started out a small white cloudy lump on his top fin and has spread.

Fish is currently in a quarantine tank. He was in a 45 gallon tank kept around 80 degrees with 6 other corydoras as well as a clown pleco and Blue velvet shrimp. All other fish seem to be healthy. Quarantined fish eats fine and I don't see any unusual behavior.

Welcome to FishLore!

It looks like a fungus. You should treat with a med. I would stay away from the "herbal meds" (such as Melafix and Primafix) and use a real med such as Tetra LifeGuard. Be sure to remove any carbon in your filter before using a med, since carbon will strip the meds out of the water.

Best of luck!

Thank you, I tried pimafix for a few days and it did nothing. I shall give that a go.

I wouldn't treat. My cory get it all the time and a few days later it vanishes. Not 100% sure what is happening - if they are scraping themselves or something else but i've not seen any actual harm to the fishes over the past 3 months and none of have died.

It looks a lot like "Saddle Back" disease
Aka Columnaris. Be sure to research & determine if it applies in your situation.

Does anyone else notice how extremely concave it’s belly is?

A concave belly would be consistent with a bacterial infection.
