I have a plattie who I noticed tonight has a 'whiteish' film over the head, about 25% of the front of the fish.

I know velvet is supposed to look 'gold / rustish' colored... it doesn't look like that... it's more transparent / white.

Could this be anything else? A normal occurrence?

My mollie has been outrageously aggressive toward the couple platties in the tank the past few days... could it be from being attacked by any means?

It’s possible that it may have an external parasite. Has it been eating normal and acting normal or has it been secluded?
