White eye on rose lined shark

Hello everyone! I went out of town recently and came back to one of my gold rose lined sharks eyes looking off. I’ve given it a few days to see if it clears up but it doesn’t seem to be going away and I’m not sure what it is. Does anyone have any idea if this is an injury? Illness? What should I do to treat it? She’s still acting normal and eating but the eye is definitely off

Looks like an injury to me. I've had fish recover from similar injuries w/ out meds, but others went blind.
If you plan to medicate, Melafix is said to have anti septic properties. Microbe-Lift Artemiss is a botanical antibiotic, has good on line reviews.
