White/blue clumpy/lumpy analfin

Hello
Can anybody tell what this is? It started a few months ago.. I can't remember when. There was a blue area on her analfin when I got her, and it got bigger and it turned into a small lump on both sides of her fin and now it looks like this. Her fin started very slowly rotting in that area. There's also some white.
What is it?
Right now she is in a 10 gallon tank with 7 neons, a 1 1/2 inch BN pleco and a ghost shrimp. I know it's overstocked. It's only temporary. They were all in a 20 gallon but it leaked and the stand was damaged. So I have to buy a new tank and stand. It's taking a while... I will be getting the stand and tank in the next couple of days. And I will move all the fish except the betta once the new tank is ready. Then I can take care of her fin.

It's so hard to get a good picture of her!

Columnaris, read up. Common issue for betta.

that's my best guess.
Its more damaging in crowded tanks, so I'm not sure what you can do about that.

Check this out and see if the description. Sounds right.

Note: its contagious, watch the other fish

Thanks for the reply!
The links you posted aren't working :/
I'll look up columnaris and see if it's similar...

I do have a 5 gallon QT tank. I could move her in there.
The thing is. I'm not sure if it's cycled/totally safe.
I disinfected it with bleach a few months ago. So I had to re-cycle it. I don't want to buy ammonia so I'm not sure if it's safe yet.. The water parameters were fine last time I checked.

You may end up treating both tanks, but you could start separating as soon as you can.

I would like to move her. But, I do not know if the QT tank is safe yet. It hasn't had any fish in it since I restarted it. I don't want to kill her.

The front of her analfin is nearly gone. I still haven't done anything to treat her....
I don't know what this is. I don't want to treat it without knowing what it is.
I'm not very experienced with treating diseases. Can anybody help?

I'm going to move her into the 5 gallon and look around online to find out what this is/ how to treat it..
I was told by somebody to add a teaspoon of AQ salt per gallon. So when I move her I might do that. But- somebody on here told me that the only way you can treat with salt is a salt bath. So I'm not sure what to do there... I'll probably just put it in the tank.
Help would be appreciated!
