Which seller?

Hi all!
I was wondering which should I buy from?
1st seller:

2nd seller:
20 Pearl Weed 5 Inch With Root. Hemianthus Micranthemoides Carpet | eBay
With the 1st seller I would buy 2 so I could get all the free stuff. Thanks!

 

Since both sellers are unpredictable with regards to quality or reliability i'd go with the one that is in cal. as oppose to ny given proximity and time in transit; however the first person has reviews that are happy with their pearlweed while the second one explicitly complain about the quality of the pearlweed.

I personally would use neither and wait for a better option. I sent a priority package to a destination a days drive and it took 11 days to arrive. I just wouldn't trust postal from ny to california. Patience is a blessing. Btw you might check out aquariumplantsfactory. They are on the west coast and decent vendor.

I've bought plants off eBay and it feels kind of hit or miss. One plant that was sold to me lived the rest of the time while my tank was up, the other died within a week. I think how they ship it to you is important. If they provide good information about how they pack it and if it has good reviews you know it's reliable.

 

I have not purchased plants from eBay and I am unlikely to do so. I have made a few purchases over the years. Some have been good, some not so good. I would much rather purchase from a respected forum member or a respected commercial website.

 

On eBay plantsfactory and tokyuaquatics were my go to places. Well packed and shipped quickly. And deals for free shipping.

 

I've had bad experience with tokyuaquatics but good experience with aquariumplantsfactory. Most of the vendors i use are on the east coast so i won't mention them.

Also it is always better to buy a rooted plant than fresh cut stems.

I think I'm going to buy from the 1st seller and pay for the Priority shipping ($6) which will put me under the protection of the seller's live arrival guarantee. All the reviews for pearlweed on the 1st seller's were positive and said that they would recommend it.

Because this person offers free floating plants too and I need some of those atm.
