Which food should be my staple?

Hey guys, I have always come across people on this forums saying that New Life Spectrum was a great food. So upon one of my trips to a newly discovered LFS I spotted this food. I decided to purchase it and give it a try, since it had the smallest pellet size and a few of my tiny fish were having issues getting the food in their mouths.

More to the point. My question is, of my four foods which one of them should be the staple? I'd also gladly accept a feeding recommendation ie.. this at this time, another at this time.. etc.

I currently have 14 fish + 1 pleco in a 75 gallon tank. All of them are under two and a half (2.5'') inches if you do not include the tail (I'm not sure how most people measure them but that's my approach).

My foods are:
1. New Life Spectrum Cichlid Formula.

2. TetraCichlid Cichlid Crisps.

3. Omega One SuperColor VEGGIE Kelp Pellets

4. Aqueon Cichlid Pellets

As of now, I tend to feed them Omega One and the newly acquired Spectrum once each a day. So Spectrum AM and Omega PM feedings. I think I'm going to make a video of how much I feed them and see if anyone can advise me if it's too much or not. None of them have bloated looking stomachs all look healthy and lean but wow do they gobble it up. None of the food ever hits the sand.

Thanks,
Brad.

I would feed the NLS as staple.

Have you tried New Life Spectrum small fish formula? It is .5mm If my Endlers can eat it, I'm sure your fish can.

If my CPDs can eat it, then I'm sure your fish can.

My pellets are 1mm and the fish seem to have no issues. There is only one fish now with these that appears to "nibble" on them, but these seem to work great. Thanks for the advice guys! If you have a moment, would you mind explaining why that one should be the staple? I have no problem taking your word for it but I'd love to be able to share knowledge if another person has a similar question later

Thanks again!
Brad.

Omega one and New Life Spectrum have the best intendants, IMO.

Quality ingredients. NLS is manufactured with whole krill and whole fish. Thera-A (a type of NLS, which IMO is the best pellet out there) also has a lot of garlic to help with the fish's immune system and keep it healthy.

Omega One is my staple food, but I also feed NLS Thera A+ too. Also bought a bunch of food from Angel Plus

One thing I don't like about some brands is that they put corn in the food. Corn is not easily digested by fish. That is why corn is illegal as bait for fishing in some states.

Read the ingredients on New Life Spectrum! they are awesome

Also, with higher quality food you don't have to feed as much.

NLS Thera +A is the best staple food imo. I feed it to all of my fish, even the saltwater fish. It has extra garlic in it to help with disease tolerance. Plus my fish look 100x better after about a month of just eating that when first introduced. Also with higher quality food your fish digest more of it leading to less poo.
