Which female to pair with my male? Mustard gas bettas

So I have a male half moon mustard gas. Don’t have any photos of him though.
and I have 4 potential females to pair him with.

which female looks the best for breeding? I’m going to be conditioning them with live blackworms.
I have successfully bred and raised and rehomed bettas before so I’m not worried at all about the actual breeding or raising the babies or finding new homes for the babies once old enough.
I just want to know which of these females is the best option to pair with a halfmoon mustard gas male (if a photo of him will help I can try to get one. I can also get better photos of the girls if wanted. One of the yellows isn’t a great photo)

Try to find a female which looks the same size as him. And look for a healthy female because she might get beat up more with the mating process. And think of the color, what would the two parents look if they were mixed

Females that have a darker color are ready to mate

I would like to see photos of the male to see his body and fin form. For any betta pairing both parents should be relatively young and the female should ideally be a bit smaller in body than the male.

Generally you want a female that has good form, then good condition and then color. No point in using a good colored female if she has terrible form, and no point using a well formed female in bad breeding condition.

For form’s sake, I would not use the first female as she is clearly a rose tail. Rose tails have heavy fins that make it hard for them to swim, especially the males. This should not be considered a desirable trait.

The last female is clearly in breeding condition, she is a very healthy girl with a belly fill of eggs. Her body form is nice but her fins, specifically the tail, could have better form. Not a deal breaker though, she could work.

The other cellophane I cannot comment much on due to bad photo quality.

In terms of color to match a standard mustard gas, the second female is the best choice but she isn’t very plump. Her fins and body form are decent but she is just not in the same breeding condition as the first and last female. Perhaps she is just a younger female, or on the flip side she is older and passed her prime. Fatten her up some and she would work.

Assuming the body size is the same or bit smaller than the male’s, I’d use it either the last or the second female (once fattened up).

Here’s a better photo of the other yellow female.
I’m currently feeding them live blackworms so just in the last couple days the second female has fattened up a bit. I’ll see if I can get a photo tomorrow. I’ll also try to get a photo of the male tomorrow for you.
The last girl is the largest and oldest so she is larger than the male in body shape. The second girl is the youngest and smallest. I only got her a week ago which is likely why she wasn’t in breeding condition at all
