    Hi everyone,

I currently just started a CO2 system in my planter aquarium and I’m having some trouble with where to place my CO2 diffuser. I have a hang on the back filter and I’m afraid that the CO2 bubble aren’t going throughout the tank. I was just wonder where is a good place to put my diffuser for great results.
P.S. I’m trying not to switch to a canister filter

    Thank you.

I know a lot of people put their co2 direction into the hang on back input.

I see that the HOB intake has a sponge filter attached. Highly unlikely that CO2 will be sucked into the filter. Try to position the diffuser in such a way that the bubbles are pushed down by the waterfall and forced to spend more time in the water. The smaller the bubbles, the higher the chance that they will dissolve/float in the water.
