Ok, this is for the folks down under.

You may want to call some nurserys up from diffrent countries(a quick google search gives me a few nurserys selling them) and ask for nuts to be shipped to you.

Ill check in with my local botanical garden/rare fruit and tree council if youd like? The RFTC may have a good idea of where to look.

DO we dare to ask what's the newest adventure for these said pinecones?

Are you trying to grow this tree? If so, I'd check to see if it's legal under your state to import one...

As a botanist, seeds fascinate me.
I have about 20 different pine species here on my property.

The idea of a 20 pound pine cone just blows my mind.

I did not scroll down far enough to see the sheer size of them! Holy smokes!

60 foot drop plus 20 pound pine cone, no, I don't think standing near one when the wind is blowing is a good idea.
