Where can I find or send my PM?

I've been on this forum for a while and I've never searched for my PMs. I know they are unlocked at 50 posts, but where can I find them and how do I send one??

There is a mailbox or envelope up by the notification bell.

For receiving them there is a mailbox next to your notifications, for sending I believe you press start a conversation. Go to someones account or hover over their avatar and you should be able to find it.

You can start one from the envelope too.
