When to put out guppies for guppy pond?

HI everyone!
I was wondering what month you guys put out your guppy ponds in as I was planning on doing two this year. I live in Vancouver and I think the last frost this year is going to be March the 27th if I remember correctly.

In the winter it didn't snow this year and right now during the day it's around 7 degrees C outside and is still below zero at night so its too early now, I was think adding fish in mid April or would that still be too early?

I guess I forgot guppies were a tropical fish... I've decided to wait until May-June to put the fish out so that I don't need to purchase a heater. Summers are getting pretty hot up here, last year I think our highest was mid to late thirties
