When is my tank gonna cycle?

So I've been doing a fish-in cycle (started May 14) with a Betta in a 10 gallon and recently 3 Amano shrimp were added. I use Prime every 24 hours or so to protect fish and Stability to try and help my BB

After a week, the ammonia turned to nitrite
Then several days after that the nitrite dropped out of existence but...no nitrates showed up. Ammonia slowly built up again. I did a hefty water change at some point to get the ammonia back to around .25

It's been there for a while with 0 nitrites and 0 nitrates, the ammonia hasn't been raising at all so, where is the ammonia from poop going? And where did the nitrites go if no nitrates ever showed up? :c did my plants absorb the nitrates?

It's a planted tank? That explains it. Plants will use some nitrates

Research silent cycling. It happens when your plants eat more than the tank can produce.

Are you using a bacteria additive?

I use stability but that's it.

Yea I was reading your initial post wondering where the nitrate is then I read you got plants. That's good you won't get very high nitrates with plants. Your ammonia should be 0 if fully cycled. On occasion you l get a low ammonia reading, that shouldn't last long tho

Here she is!

Shrimp like to hide in the Java Fern but hoping they get a little more adventurous after a week or two of realizing they're safe.

Betta hiding around somewhere. He never bothers the shrimp at all.

There's an older pic, as you can see fake plants. He doesn't stay still often enough to get updated pics hahaha.
