When Is Acclimation Not Required?

I want to move a ghost shrimp from one tank to another (permanently). Both tanks run about 80f, and other than plants and bioload have basically the same water (my tap water + prime).
Maybe some minor differences, like how many almond bark chips, etc. But pH, hardness, etc are presumably very close if not practically identical.
Should I acclimate the ghost to the new tank? Or can I scoop and dump?

I'd personally do like a 10 minute acclimation. Put it into a container with half old water and half new, and then dump him in after 10 minutes. That's just me though. You shouldn't have any issues.

Ive done similar before, even with difference in temperature from one tank to another without issue. Should be fine IMO.

Thanks guys (using ‘guys’ in the non-gender sense)!
The deed is done. With one vote for yes and another on the fence, and my own yes, ghosty was netted, scooped, ferried and plunked early this am.
I’m half expecting a host of cautionary tales and no’s in response, now that it’s already done. LOL

I only drip acclimate when what I bought is really expensive like a 30 dollar ghost shrimp or my 20 dollar rams I had. Other than that I just drop them in.
